摘要
目的:评价生物反馈技术治疗功能性排便障碍的效果。方法:观察42例功能性排便障碍患者生物反馈治疗后1、3和6个月时便秘症状及大便性状的变化,并进行评分量化比较。结果:治疗后1个月总有效率为73.8%,3个月为78.6%,6个月为71.4%。结论:生物反馈技术治疗功能性排便障碍有效。
Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of biofeedback therapy on functional defecation disorders. Methods： Fouty-two patients with functional defecation disorders received biofeedback therapy. The constipation symptoms severity and fecal score according to Bristol method were evaluated after treatment 1 months, 3 months and 6 months later. Results： After follow-up visit of 1 months, 3 months and 6 months treatment, the total effective rate were 73.8%, 78.6% and 71.4%, respectively. Conclusion： Biofeedback is an effective therapy in the management of functional defecation disorders.
