摘要
目的总结喘息性支气管肺炎患儿的呼吸道护理体会。方法回顾分析95例喘息性支气管肺炎患儿的临床护理资料,通过提供温湿度适宜的病室环境,及时准确的雾化吸入治疗和翻身拍背、吸痰技术,密切观察病情变化并采取准确的护理措施等,以达到有效清理呼吸道的目的。结果加强对喘息性支气管肺炎患儿的呼吸道护理,有利于呼吸道分泌物的排出,促进了疾病的恢复、缩短了住院天数。结论在喘息性支气管肺炎患儿的护理过程中,呼吸道护理是保持气道通畅、保证患者安全、促进疾病康复的重要护理措施。
Objective To summarize nursing experience of asthmatic bronchial pneumonia in children.Methods Clinical information of 95 patients with asthmatic bronchial pneumonia was retrospectively analyzed.Respiratory tract was effectively cleared by providing a suitable temperature and humidity ward environment,timely and accurate spray inhalation therapy and back knocking,sputum suction technology,close observation of diseases changes and precise nursing measures.Results Strengthening nursing of respiratory tract of patients with asthmatic bronchial pneumonia was favorable for the discharge of respiratory secretions,and it promoted the recovery and shortened hospitalization time.Conclusion In process of nursing of patients with asthmatic bronchial pneumonia,respiratory nursing is important measure to maintain airway open,to ensure safety of patients and to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
