静脉注射重组人脑利钠肽对急性心肌梗死伴心力衰竭血流动力学影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨静脉注射重组人脑利钠肽(rhBNP)对急性心肌梗死伴心力衰竭患者(AMI-CDF)的血流动力学影响。方法将50例AMI-CDF患者随机分为对照组和观察组各25例。观察组在对照组的基础上静脉注射rhBNP治疗,比较两组治疗后的血流动力学参数及治疗l周内的主要不良心脏事件的发生情况。结果观察组用药后的血流动力学指标得到迅速改善,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组治疗效果显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。结论急性心肌梗死伴心力衰竭患者静脉注射rhBNP血流动力学改善和临床效果更明显,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effects and efficacy of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide (rhBNP) on the acute hemodynamic effects of acute myocardial infarction patients with heart failure. Methods 50 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group (25 cases in each group). The observation group was treated with rhBNP on the basis of control group. Then we compared the major adverse cardiac events (MACE) in 1 week and hemodynamic parameters. Results The hemodynamic parameters of observation group were improved better than control group with statistical significance (P〈0.05). The curative effect of observation group was better than control group with statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusions There were better hemodynamic effects and clinical effects of intravenously rhBNP for patients with myocardial infarction with heart failure. It is worthy of clinical application.
