摘要
目的观察铬和镁联合补充对胰岛素抵抗人群脂代谢的影响。方法将120名年龄45-59岁的胰岛素抵抗人群随机分为4组：对照组、铬组、镁组、铬＋镁组,各30例,分别给予安慰剂、铬、镁、铬＋镁干预,干预时间为3个月。干预前后分别检测各组三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）和低密度脂蛋白（LDL）水平。结果干预后铬＋镁组TG水平较干预前显著降低（t=2.394,P〈0.05）,TC水平较干预前明显降低（t=2.867,P〈0.05）;铬组和铬＋镁组LDL水平均较干预前显著降低（t=2.514、2.614,P〈0.05）;铬组、镁组、铬＋镁组HDL水平均较干预前明显升高（t=2.548-3.167,P〈0.05）。镁组和铬＋镁组的HDL升高值与对照组比较差异有显著性（F=2.859,P〈0.05）;4组间其他指标干预前后差值比较,差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论铬和镁联合补充对改善胰岛素抵抗人群的血脂代谢具有积极作用。
Objective To observe the effects of combined supplementation of chromium and magnesium on lipometabolism in crowd with insulin resistance（IR）. Methods This study consisted of 120 individuals,ages 45-59,with insulin resistance,who were equally randomized to four groups as control group,chromium group,magnesium group,chromium＋magnesium group,and were respectively given placebo,chromium,magnesium,and chromium＋magnesium intervention for three months.The levels of triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,high density lipoprotein（HDL）and low density lipoprotein（LDL）were detected in each group before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention,the levels of TG,TC and LDL of chromium＋magnesium group obviously decreased（t=2.394-2.867,P〈0.05）,respectively.The levels of HDL in chromium group,magnesium group,and chromium＋magnesium group increased（t=2.584-3.167,P〈0.05）.The differences of the increase of HDL levels between the control,magnesium,and chromium＋magnesium groups were significant（F=2.859,P〈0.05）,the differences of the other parameters between each group were not significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Combined supplementation of chromium and magnesium plays a positive role in improving lipometabolism in people with insulin resistance.
