银杏达莫联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗临床疗效的观察被引量：2

摘要目的观察银杏达莫联合阿司匹林共同治疗急性脑梗的临床治疗效果。方法急性脑梗死的患者120例,随机分成对照组60例和治疗组60例,对照组患者单独采用阿司匹林治疗,治疗组患者在对照组患者的治疗基础上联合银杏达莫共同治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的治疗有效率93.33%明显高于对照组患者80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组患者不良反应的发生率6.67%明显低于对照组患者26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用银杏达莫联合阿司匹林共同治疗急性脑梗,效果明显,不良反应发生率低,受到患者及临床医生的认可,具有较高的临床应用价值。
