摘要
阐述了斜窄流沉渣浮油过程与原理 ,设备结构与材质 ,以及在钢厂污水处理中的应用及前景。其单位占地产能 ,为普通重力沉降设备的 4倍 ,斜板或斜管设备的 2倍。提出了深度净化少部分出水以防微细渣或油恶性积累 。
Scrap particles settling and oil drops floating in a narrow tilting upflow are described.involving process and mechanism,scrap/oil remover design and material structure,as well as the remover's application and prospect in wasted water treatment at steel works.The ratio of specific water treatment capacity per unit floor space between the remover and normal gravitative devices is 4 to 1,and between it and devices with tilting plates or tubes is 2 to 1.It is proposed to take small part of treated water into deep clean-up to eliminate microfine scrap particles and oil droplets to prevent from their uncontrollable accumulating in water recycling.It is necessary and available to take full advantages of iron oxide scraps in the wasted water to adsorb more oil droplets.
