摘要
[目的]为了解辣椒的耐铝机理提供参考依据。[方法]研究了不同浓度钙处理对同一浓度铝胁迫下辣椒植株生理特性的差异,解析在几种不等钙浓度状态下辣椒植株生理生化特性和形态的改变。[结果]在200μmol/L铝胁迫下,辣椒植株生长明显受到影响;加入不同浓度的钙,可有效地减轻铝对辣椒幼苗的胁迫,随钙溶液处理浓度的增加,辣椒植株叶片的叶绿素含量变化幅度较小;净光合速率呈先上升后下降的趋势;细胞间隙二氧化碳浓度表现出递增式下降;辣椒植株的根长随钙浓度增加而增长。[结论]1 mmo/L钙离子对辣椒植株的铝胁迫缓解达到最佳生理状态。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide the reference basis for the mechanism of aluminum resisance of pepper plant.[Method] Under different concentration of calcium treatment,the different physiological characteristics of the pepper plant under aluminum stress in the same concentration were studied,and physiological characteristics change was analyzed.[Result] Under 200 μmol/L aluminum stress,hot pepper plant growth was significantly affected.In different concentrations of calcium aluminum,Ca2+ could effectively reduce the stress of hot pepper seedlings,with the increase of aqueous calcium concentration,hot pepper plant changed in small variations in the chlorophyll content of leaves.Net photosynthetic rate showed a trend of falling after rising first.Intercellular CO2 concentration showed an incremental decline.Pepper plant root was significantly longer.[Conclusion] 1 mmol/L Ca2+ was the best for aluminum stress relief of the pepper plant.
