摘要
湖南某锡石多金属硫化矿含锡、铜、铁、铅、锌及钨,锡主要以锡石存在,且与矿样中所有矿物均有共生关系,其中部分以极微细粒径与铁矿物和脉石连生。针对原矿性质复杂的特点,采用浮选—磁选—重选工艺进行处理。试验结果表明,对含锡0.678%和含铜0.474%的试样,可以获得锡精矿品位50.03%,铜精矿品位16.80%,锡石和铜综合回收率分别为55.69%和78.32%的试验指标,该工艺为此类锡矿石的有效利用提供了一种新技术方法。
A cassiterite ore from Hunan province contains 0. 678% Sn and 0. 474% Cu and the primary Sn- bearing mineral in the ore is cassiterite, which is closely associated with all other gangues; moreover, parts of the cassiterites are ultrafinely disseminated in iron minerals and gangues. A "flotation-magnetic separation-gravity con- centration" flowsheet is proposed to treat this refractory cassiterite sulphide ore. It was found that this flowsheet a- chieves a cassiterite concentrate assaying 50.03% Sn with 55.69% recovery and a copper concentrate assaying 16.80% Cu with 78.32% recovery, respectively, and thus provides an effective method for the utilization of such ores.
