摘要
现场三坐标测量机(F-CMM)常应用于在数控生产、加工车间等现场环境下快速实时地检测加工零件各项指标是否合格,而在测量过程中通常需要获取F-CMM动态参数,如:位置、速度、加速度等信息。设计一种基于FPGA的F-CMM动态参数采集模块,包括单轴光栅脉冲信号输入、动态参数的提取、环境温度采集。设计中用到了有限差分、小波变换等相关技术,结果表明所采集的数据稳定可靠,满足了现场环境下的数据采集要求。
In the field environments such as CNC producting, processing workshop, field coordinate measuring machine(F-CMM) is often used to fast and real-time detect the each indicator of machined parts whether is qualified. While during the measurement process, F-CMM dynamic parameters, such as position, velocity, acceleration and other information, are typically required to access. A dynamic parameters acquisition module for F- CMM based on FPGA is designed, which includes uniaxial grating pulse signal input, extraction of dynamic pa- rameters, temperature collection. Finite differences, wavelet transform and other related technologies are used in the design. The result shows that the collected data are stable and reliable, and meet the requirements of data acquisition in field environment.
