摘要
目前高职焊接专业面临着的招生难、就业难困境,这主要是由于高职焊接专业和企业的实际需要脱节造成的。为此提出了加强教学方法的改革、师资队伍建设、实践基地建设、教学内容改革、毕业设计等措施,以适应市场需求,解决学校和企业之间的供需矛盾和高职焊接专业的发展难题。
Currently higher vocational welding specialty is facing the plight of enrollment and employment, and this is mainly due to the disconnection between higher vocational welding specialty and enterprise actual need. T herefore the measures are put forward to meet the market need and solve the contradiction between supply and demand of schools and enterprises and the development difficulty of higher vocational welding specialty. T he measures are to strengthen the teaching method reform, the faculty construction, practice base construction, teaching content reform, and graduation design.
