摘要
临床护士乃至在校护生离职倾向的不断升高,高职护理人才的不断流失,给我们高职护理教育者提出了一个很严峻的问题。在此,在查阅国内外相关文献的基础上,对坚韧人格和学习动机的概念,及其在护理人员和大学生中的应用与研究现状进行了综述,并指出研究坚韧人格与学习动机相关性的必要性。以期为培养在校护生正确的学习动机,提高其坚韧人格能力提供参考和依据。
The tendency that clinical nurses and nursing students in school leave the post is rising, and higher vocational nursing talents are losing. These have come up with a very serious problem. Here, on the basis of related literature at home and abroad, the concept of strong personality and learning motivation, and its application in nursing staff and students and research status are reviewed. It points out the necessity of studying strong correlation between learning motivation and hardiness. This will provide reference and basis for cultivating the correct learning motivation of nursing students and increasing their hardiness.
