极低碳水化合物饮食对肥胖症患者心血管危险因素的影响

摘要 目的探讨极低碳水化合物对肥胖症患者心血管危险因素的影响。方法将86例患者随机分成实验组及对照组,实验组采用极低碳水化合物饮食,对照组患者正常饮食,一段时间后,观测患者的体质指数、腰围、血脂、肝酶等。结果对照组患者的体质量指数及腰围都明显高于实验组。两组三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇存在明显的差异,与实验组相比,对照组谷氨酸氨基转移酶明显增高。结论极低碳水化合物饮食降低了肥胖对于心血管危险因素的影响,具有较好的疗效。 Objective To investigate the effects of low carbohydrate on cardiovascular risk factors in patients with obesity.Methods A total of 86 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group were given very low-carbohydrate diet,and the control group patients with normal diet.After a period of time,the patient's body mass index,waist circumference,blood lipids,liver enzymes were observed.Results The control group patients body mass index and waist circumference were significantly higher than those in the experimental group.There were significant differences in triglyceride and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol between the two groups.Compared with the experimental group,glutamic acid amin-otransferase was significantly higher in the control group.Conclusion The low-carbohydrate diet reduces obesity for cardiovascular risk factors,with good effect.
