摘要
目的：观察空心椎弓根螺钉合用骨水泥治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折的效果分析。方法：选取2008年7月～2013年7月在我院就诊的胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折40例子作为研究对象，所有对象均行空心椎弓根螺钉合用骨水泥固定治疗，采用Frankel分级方法及视觉模拟疼痛评分对患者的临床治疗效果进行评估，采用X线胸片评估内固定效果。结果：骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折治疗后，Frankel分级较术前明显改善，视觉模拟疼痛评分较术前明显降低，X线结果显示，患者术后内固定效果良好。结论：对于骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者行空心椎弓根螺钉合用骨水泥固定治疗，能够取得较为满意的临床治疗效果，值得临床推广使用。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of pedicle screw combined with calcium phosphate cement for treating thoracolum -bar vertebral osteoporotic fractures .Methods：From Jan 2008 to July 2013, a total of 30 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral osteoporotic fractures in our hospital were enrolled into this study .All the subjects were treated with pedicle screw combined with calcium phosphate cement.The clinical curative effects were assessed by the Frankel scale and the visual analog scale .X-ray plain films was used to assess the effect of postoperative internal fixation .Results： After treatment , Frankel scale grading of the patients with thoracolumbar vertebral os-teoporotic fractures was improved .And the mean visual analog scale scores of the patients with thoracolumbar vertebral osteoporotic frac -tures were significantly deceased .The results of X-ray plain films showed that postoperative internal fixation had a better effect .Conclu-is on：Pedicle screw combined with calcium phosphate cement can gain a satisfactory clinical outcome for the patients with thoracolumbar vertebral osteoporotic fractures .So this method deserves its widely used in clinical decisions .
