摘要
目的观察丹参川芎嗪联合低分子肝素预防老年髋关节周围骨折下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法选取43例老年髋关节周围骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组22例采用丹参川芎嗪联合低分子肝素预防下肢深静脉血栓形成,对照组21例采用低分子肝素预防。术后彩色多普勒检查评估两组患者下肢深静脉血栓形成情况,并检测患者血D-二聚体。结果两组患者在术后预防下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术前血D-二聚体比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后第10天查血D-二聚体,治疗组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,治疗期间两组患者均无严重出血,其伤口引流量均由少至无,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪联合低分子肝素能有效预防老年髋关节周围骨折下肢深静脉血栓形成,其疗效优于单独使用低分子肝素。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of prevention from lower limb deep venous thrombosis(DVT)after peripheral hip fracture in the elderly treated with salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine and low molecular heparin.Methods Forty-three cases of elderly peripheral hip fracture were randomized into a treatment group and a control group.In the treatment group,22 cases were treated with salvia miltiorrhiza li-gustrazine and low molecular heparin to prevent from lower limb DVT.In the control group,21 cases were treated with low molecular heparin for the prevention.After operation,color Doppler test was applied to evalu-ate the situation of lower limb DVT.D-dimer was detected.Results The difference in the efficacy of pre-vention from lower limb DVT was significant between the two groups(P〈0.05).Before operation,the differ-ence in D-dimer was not significant(P〉0.05);on the 1 0th day after operation,it was lower significantly in the treatment group than that in the control group,indicating the significant difference(P〈0.05 ).Addition-ally,during treatment,no patient had severe bleeding and wound drainage volume was getting less.There was no significant difference in comparison of the two groups(P〉0.05 ).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza ligus-trazine and low molecular heparin effectively prevents from lower limb DVT in elderly peripheral hip fracture and the efficacy is better than that with the simple application of low molecular heparin.
