摘要
文章通过共沉淀法制备了Cu-Mn-Zn复合金属氧化物,并通过X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对其进行了表征。以合成的Cu-Mn-Zn复合金属氧化物作为催化剂,采用湿式催化过氧化氢氧化法(CWPO)催化氧化模拟苯酚废水。进行了单因素条件实验和正交实验,结果表明当模拟苯酚废水初始质量浓度为1 000mg/L时,较适宜的催化氧化工艺条件为:催化剂投加量为0.5g/L、20%H2O2投加量为35mL/L、反应时间为2h、反应温度为50℃。此条件下的4次重复实验结果显示,废水中挥发酚的平均去除率高达98.48%,CODCr的平均去除率高达93.77%。
The Cu-Mn-Zn composite oxide catalysts were synthesized via co-precipitation method and character-ized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) ,transmission electron microscopy (TEM ) and other modern testing techniques .The as-prepared products were used to treat the simulative phenol-containing wastewater via the catalytic wet peroxide oxidation (CWPO) method .When the initial phenol concentration of wastewater is 1 000 mg/L ,the technological conditions of wastewater treatment were obtained by single factor and orthogo -nal experiments as follows :the amount of catalyst addition was 0.5 g/L ,the amount of 20% H2 O2 addition was 35 mL/L ,the treatment temperature was 50 ℃ and the treatment time was 2 h .The results of four re-peated experiments under the optimized conditions showed that the average degradation rates of COD Cr and volatile phenol were 93.77% and 98.48% ,respectively .
