曲美他嗪对扩张型心肌病心力衰竭治疗效果的临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨曲美他嗪治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者62例随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予以常规治疗,治疗组加用曲美他嗪,疗程为6个月,治疗结束后对2组治疗效果进行比较分析。结果治疗组心功能等级改变、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末容积(LVESV)及左心室舒张末容积(LVEDV)较对照组均有所改善;疗程结束后,治疗组治疗总有效率为90.3%,对照组为74.2%,治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭时疗效确切,安全,具有临床推广价值。
