摘要
研究目的:兰州地铁1号线一期工程2次下穿黄河,为黄河上第一条交通工程类隧道,国内首创。隧道位于兰州市七里河断陷盆地内,属强透水砂卵石地层条件下连续性长距离的穿河隧道工程,建设环境国内罕见。兰州地铁黄河隧道还要考虑线位、车站、临近既有桥梁、下穿河道河堤等诸多因素,具有较大的设计和施工难度。为确保工程顺利实施,应前期充分论证,精心设计,得出最优设计方案,以利于工程建设。研究结论:本文以兰州地铁黄河隧道外部环境为研究基础,通过剖析相关设计难点,得出黄河隧道设计方案。(1)区间采用两条单洞单线隧道,双线同侧上游绕避桥墩下穿河道,间接控制式泥水平衡盾构施工,装配式钢筋混凝土管片,双道防水措施;(2)两穿黄河区间设中间风井、联络通道及废水泵房等附属,综合区间疏散平台、通风竖井、联络通道及防淹门等防灾救援设施,从而形成一整套完善的黄河隧道设计方案;(3)相关设计结论和经验可丰富我国穿江越河类隧道的修建技术,也可为后续类似工程的建设提供借鉴和参考。
Research purposes: The first - stage project of Lanzhou metro lines 1 has two times under through the Yellow River, it's the first traffic engineering tunnel about the Yellow River, which is domestic initiate engineering. The tunnel located in the Qilihe fracture collapse basin of Lanzhou city, it belongs to the continuous long distance under through Yellow River tunnels under the condition of strong permeable sandy gravel. In addition to this, considering the factors such as lines conditions, station, nearby existing bridge and under through river and dike, the Yellow River tunnel of Lanzhou metro has a larger difficulty of design and construction. It should be fully argument in the early time, well - designed, to obtain the best design scheme and be conductive for engineering construction. Research conclusions: In this paper, the research based on the external environment about Yellow River tunnel of Lanzhou metro analyzs the design difficulty of this project, to obtain design scheme of Yellow River tunnel. The section adopts these measures such as double -line ipsilateral upstream passing round bridge pier, two lines single hole tunnels, indirect control mode slurry shield construction, prefabricated reinforced concrete segment lining, two types waterproofing measure. The ancillary facilities such as air shaft, connected aisle and waste water pump room, the fire protection and rescue facilities such as composite section evacuation platform, air shaft, connected aisle and floodgate and so on are set up, thus a whole set of completed design program of Yellow River tunnel take shape. The relatedconclusion and experience could enrich the building technique of under through river tunnel in domestic, it could provide reference and consult for the construction of subsequent similar engineering.
