摘要
选择合适的原料和合成工艺,采用高性能可聚合乳化剂,引入磷酸酯功能单体(EM-39),以衣康酸单丁酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯为交联单体,通过活性有机硅氧烷对丙烯酸乳液进行改性,并合成水性丙烯酸防锈乳液。以此乳液为基础,选择防锈剂,制备了水性丙烯酸防锈涂料,其可用于桥梁钢筋混凝土结构破损锈蚀露筋的修复。
With monobutyl itaconate and glycidyl methacrylate as linking monomers, this paper modifies acrylic emulsion via active organo-siloxane and synthesizes water-based acrylic anti-rust emulsion by selecting appropriate raw materials and synthetic processes, adopting high-performance polymerizable emulsifier and introducing functional phosphate monomers ( EM-39 ) . With this emulsion as basis, the paper selects antirust agents to prepare waster-based acrylic anti-rust coating, which can be used to repair damage, rusting and exposed reinforcing bars of concrete structures in bridges.
