天智颗粒治疗帕金森病痴呆的临床对照研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察天智颗粒对帕金森病痴呆患者的治疗作用。方法帕金森病痴呆患者86例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例。治疗组给予天智颗粒治疗,对照组不使用改善认知功能的药物,均治疗3个月。两组患者分别在治疗前及治疗1,3月后进行蒙特利尔认知(MoCA)、Blessed-Roth及WMS量表测评。结果经过1、3个月治疗后,治疗组MoCA,Blessed-Roth,WMS积分有显著性改善。结论天智颗粒对帕金森病痴呆患者有较好的改善作用。
