摘要
分析了由8份特异玉米地方品种(D1-D8)与2份玉米自交系(郑58、昌7-2)组配的不同遗传群体籽粒的品质性状,旨在发掘其优异基因。结果表明,这些特异玉米地方品种中籽粒蛋白质和油分含量较高,且不同后代群体间籽粒品质性状存在显著差异,其中导入D1和D2的群体具有较高的籽粒蛋白质含量,而导入D7和D4的群体具有较高的籽粒油分含量。可通过与其杂交、回交和自交等手段,经多代选择改良玉米自交系的相关品质性状。在对这些籽粒品质性状的选择上,应重点考虑遗传背景的作用,并适当结合世代的影响。
The grain quality traits of different genetic populations obtained by crossing between eight specific maize landraces(D1-D8)and two maize inbred lines(Zheng58,Chang7-2)were analyzed to determine their utility value.The results showed that these maize landraces had high protein and oil contents in grains,and there were significant differences in grain quality traits among different maize lines.The protein contents were higher in D1 and D2 lines,and the oil contents were higher in D4 and D7 lines.These maize landraces could be used to improve the correlative quality traits of maize inbred lines obtained by crossing each other,and then backcrossing and/or self-crossing,accompanying with the selection of multigenerations.On the selection of grain quality traits,the main factor considered was the effect of background,while the influence of generations should be also considered.
