盐酸美金刚治疗68例老年帕金森病痴呆患者的临床疗效分析 被引量：14

摘要 目的:对盐酸美金刚治疗老年帕金森病痴呆患者的临床疗效进行分析。方法:资料随机选取收治的老年帕金森病痴呆患者68例,分为两组,给予对照组常规治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用盐酸美金刚进行治疗,并对两组临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:治疗第4周、16周后,对照组MMSE、MoCA评分情况,明显优于治疗前;且研究组MMSE、MoCA评分情况,明显优于治疗前及对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组日常生活完成有效率90.63%;明显高于对照组78.13%;两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸美金刚治疗老年帕金森病痴呆的疗效较为显著,值得在临床中推广应用。
