摘要
针对有功功率波动给光伏并网发电系统带来的电能质量等一系列问题,提出一种基于主动式混合储能系统的有功功率分级补偿控制方法。设计了基于超级电容与蓄电池的主动式混合储能系统结构,该结构能够充分发挥超级电容与蓄电池各自的优势,提高储能系统的功率输出能力;阐述了分级补偿控制的基本原理,并对混合储能系统中蓄电池、超级电容的容量进行了优化配置;基于模糊PID,构建了双向DC/DC变换器的整定控制方法,解决了常规PID调节器参数难以在线整定的问题。仿真分析表明,提出的有功功率补偿控制方法可以有效补偿光伏并网发电有功功率的波动。
Active power fluctuation of grid-connected photovoltaic(PV)system will result in some problems such as poor quality.The paper presents a novel active power stabilization strategy based on hybrid energy storage system consisting of super-capacitor and battery.To fully take advantage of super-capacitor and battery and to improve power output capability,the corresponding stabilization system is construct.Secondly,the control principle of the active power grading compensation of grid-connected PV system is introduced,and the battery and super capacitor capacity of the hybrid energy storage system are optimized.Finally,the tuning strategy of bi-directional DC/DC converter based on the fuzzy PID method is presented.The simulation analysis showed the method could effectively compensate the active power fluctuation in the grid-connected PV power generation.
