摘要
某三层全互通立交桥现浇混凝土箱梁梁高(跨中)达3 m,采用碗扣式满堂支架,属超过一定规模的危险性较大的工程。通过对支架工程专项方案进行论证及审查,并进行支架立杆稳定性及整体抗倾覆验算。支架搭设过程中进行检查,使用前进行加载预压试验,实现了有效的安全监控。
The cast-in-place box beam of a 3-level complete interchange viaduct(midspan)is 3m high and full framing cuplock scaffold is adopted.It is a large-scale project with high risks.Special scheme for scaffold construction is discussed and examined to verify the stability of upright scaffold and integral anti-overturn.Effective safety monitoring is realized through examination of scaffold erection and load test before use.
