摘要
当前,干部考察工作是干部选拔任用工作的关键环节。该文结合医院工作实际,对医院中层干部考察工作中存在的主要问题进行了分析,并对新时期医院如何改进中层干部选拔任用工作进行了有益的探讨,提出以"三严三实"为原则和标准,健全干部考察机制,提高考干部察质量。
Currently, the cadre evaluation is the key link of cadre selection and appointment. According to the reality of hospital and the analysis of the main problems existing in the hospital middle-level cadres evaluation process, this paper illustrates beneficial viewpoints as to the selection and appointment of middle-level cadre in hospital in the new era, and puts forward the principle and guideline known as "three strict three real", to perfect cadre evaluation mechanism and improve the quality of cadre evaluation.
