摘要
建立了含面齿轮的功率分流传动系统的弯-扭耦合非线性动力学模型,模型计入了时变啮合刚度、啮合相位、啮合误差和齿侧间隙。基于数值求解,分析了不同转速下的动载系数,以及动响应的相图、Poincare图和FFT图,结果表明系统两分支上的动载荷水平不同,且在不同转速下系统呈现拟周期响应或混沌响应;分析了不同齿侧间隙下系统的动载系数和动响应的相图,结果表明当齿侧间隙大于某临界值后,系统的动力学特性不再随齿侧间隙的增大而改变。
The bend--torsional coupling nonlinear dynamics model of power split transmissions of face gear is established. The time-varying mesh stiffness, mesh phase, meshing error and tooth back- lash are included in the model. Based on the numerical solutions, the dynamic load factor and the phase diagram, Poincare map, FFT diagram of the dynamic response are analyzed. The results show that the dynamic load level of each path is different, and quasi--periodic responses, chaos responses can be ob- tained at different revolving speeds. Then, the dynamic load factor and the phase diagram of the dynamic response are analyzed for different tooth backlash, the results show that the dynamic characteristic will not change with the variation of tooth backlash when the value of tooth backlash is greater than a certain critical value.
