摘要
采用不同的预先热处理工艺对6011铝合金进行冷轧前的热处理,研究其力学性能和疲劳性能。结果表明,在冷轧前采用适当的预先热处理,可显著提高6011铝合金的力学性能和疲劳性能。随着预先热处理温度的提高,其力学性能和疲劳性能而先升高后降低。
The mechanical properties and fatigue properties of the 6011 aluminum alloy after different pre-heat treatment before cold rolling were studied. The results show that the mechanical properties and fatigue properties of 6011 aluminum alloy are significantly improved by appropriate heat treatment before cold rolling. And the mechanical properties and fatigue properties of the 6011 aluminum alloy increase first and then decreases with the increase of heat treatment temperatures.
