磁共振扩散加权成像诊断肝癌临床价值分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨磁共振扩散加权成像在肝癌诊断的价值。方法采用DWI技术对肝良、恶性占位性病变患者进行了鉴别。结果肝转移瘤组(1.52±0.23)、肝血管瘤组(1.84±0.32)、肝囊肿组(3.32±0.60)的表观扩散系数(ADC)值明显高于肝细胞癌组(1.24±0.17),且差异具有统计学意义(t=3.68、5.92、8.30,P<0.05)。结论通过DWI图像特点及量化分析ADC值,提高MRI对肝癌的诊断能力。
