摘要
城市群已成为中国参与国际竞争与促进区域经济发展的新载体,较高的经济集聚程度会不可避免地引起资源过度消耗、生态破坏、环境污染等问题。随着中国城市化进程的加快,城市群资源环境承载力的研究工作日益显示出其重要性和必要性。从空间和经济效率的角度给出城市群资源环境承载力的定义,并对2011年中国城市群资源环境总量、资源环境效率、环境TFP以及城市群资源环境承载力的大小进行分析,可以发现,中国城市群资源环境承载力总体上呈现出"东高西低"的阶梯状空间分布格局。提升中国城市群资源环境承载力,可以从资源使用效率的提高、空间结构的优化、市场和政府的协同作用以及各城市间的联动性等四个方面着手。
Urban agglomeration has become a new carrier to participate international competition and promote the develoment of regional economy in China. The higher degree of economic agglomeration will inevitably lead to excessive consumption of resources, ecological destruction and environmental pollution.With the speeding up of China's urbanization process, The research work of urban agglomeration resources and environment carrying capacity is becoming more and more importance and necessity. The artical defines the urban agglomeration resources and environment carrying capacity from the view of space and economic efficiency, then we analyze the total quantity of resources and environment, resources and environment efficiency, environment TFP and the size of the resources and environment carrying capacity, finding that urban agglomeration resources and environmental carrying capacity presents "east high and west low" ladder-like distribution pattern in China.
