天博骨粉在种植牙GBR中的临床应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨天博骨粉在种植牙骨缺损修复中的临床效果。方法:对15例上下颌磨牙和前牙缺损且牙槽嵴高度或厚度不足患者,使用天博骨粉充填骨腔引导骨再生技术(GBR)同期或延期行31颗Anthogyr软组织水平及骨水平牙种植体治疗,随诊观察6个月到2年。结果:3个月后,X线片显示植入的天博骨粉均已改建形成新骨,种植体与天博骨粉改建形成的新骨形成紧密的骨性结合,31例患者种植的成功率为95%以上。结论:天博骨粉能明显缩短术后骨缺损的愈合时间,具有重要的临床意义。
