摘要
为了明确四川省防震减灾地方标准体系发展的方向和重点,更好地为四川省防震减灾工作提供指导,在充分调研国内外防震减灾标准体系相关研究的基础上,结合四川省震情形势和防震减灾工作特点,以国家和地方相关法律法规为依据,提出了四川省防震减灾地方标准体系的构建原则,阐述了四川省防震减灾地方标准体系总体构架中的主要内容,建立了四川省防震减灾地方标准体系框架,提出了四川省防震减灾地方标准急需建立的关键标准目录。
In order to make clear the direction and emphasis of the development of provincial standards system of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in Sichuan and provide better guidance for work of Sichuan earthquake prevention and disaster reduction. This paper puts forward the principle of developing provincial standards system of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in Sichuan and the possible structure of the local standard system, elaborates the main content of the standards system, and establishes the fi＇amework of the standards system, based on the detailed investigation and analyzing of related research on standards system of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction at home and abroad as weU as combined with the relevant national and local laws and regulations, also presents the key contents in need for the provincial standards of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.
