摘要
目的：探讨归红活血方对实验性心肌缺血大鼠的保护作用。方法：将40只大鼠随机分为4组，每组10只：对照组、模型组、阳性对照组及归红活血方组。按剂量灌胃14天后结扎冠状动脉前降支缺血30rain，检测心电图（ECG）改变、血清乳酸脱氢酸（LDH）、磷酸激酸激酶（CK）、C反应蛋白（CRP）及肌钙蛋白（cTnI），并测量心肌梗死范围。结果：归红活血方能明显改善大鼠-42电图ST-T段的偏移：能明显降低血清LDH活性、CK活力及CRP、cTnI水平：缩小大鼠心肌梗死范围。结论：归红活血方对实验性心肌缺血大鼠心肌损伤有保护作用。
Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Guihonghuoxue decoction on experimental rats that with myocardial ischemia. Methods:40 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups that called control group, model group, positive control group and Guihonghuoxue decoction group, which had 10 rats in each group. By dosing gavage for 14 days, the anterior descending coronary of rats were ligated to ischemia for 30min, then test the changes of ECG, LDH, CK, CRP and cTnI, and measured the area of myocardial infarction. Results:Guihonghuoxue decoction can significantly improve the deviation of ST-T segment of rats' ECG;can significantly cut down the activities of serum LDH and CK, and level of CRP and cTnI;shrink the myocardial infarction area of rats. Conclusion:Guihonghuoxue decoction has protective effect on myocardial damage of experimental rats that with myocardial ischemia.
