摘要
按照3RT真空平板硫化机的生产要求,设计DRT内骨架油封模具结构,并根据生产过程中存在的问题对模具结构进行改进。试模及正常生产表明,设计的模具操作方便,成形后的油封半成品外观良好,满足质量要求。
The mold of internal DRT skeleton oil seal was designed according to production requirement of 3 RT vacuum plate vulcanizing machine,and was improved according to problems existed during production process.The results form mold test and normal production show that the designed mold is easy to operate,and has good configuration after forming the semi-finished products,which meet the quality requirement.
