摘要
人力资源是经济发展的重要推动力量和源泉,人力资源的开发对一个地区的经济发展是至关重要的。通过分析清原县的人力资源开发现状,对该县人力资源和经济发展进行了实证研究,并提出了明确人力资源开发的战略地位、实施人才素质提升工程、大力发展培训事业、促进人力资源的合理流动和有效配置、增加就业活力、提高人力资源利用率的建议和应采取的措施。研究结果对其他民族地区的经济发展与人力资源开发具有借鉴作用。
Human resources were an essential driving force and a source of economic development.And it was vital to develop human resources to boost a region's economy.Based on analyzing the current situation of human resources development in Qingyuan County,this research's results positively confirmed the findings,defined the strategic position of human resources development,carried out the works to step up the professional quality,vigorously developed education training,promoted the reasonable distribution on human resources,increased employment opportunities,to raised the way of utilization rate human resources.These suggestions and measures could provide some useful reference for economic development and human resource development in other areas.
