摘要
目的:探讨河南农村成年居民酪酪肽(PYY)基因rs2880416位点多态性与肥胖易感性的关系。方法:抽取河南省某农村地区18岁以上的肥胖和非肥胖居民各410名,进行血液生化指标测定、体格检查及PYY基因rs2880416位点多态性检测。结果:共检出PYY基因rs2880416位点2个等位基因(G和C)及3种基因型(GG、CC、CG),肥胖和非肥胖组等位基因频率和基因型频率分布差异均有统计学意义(χ2=53.110和56.842,P〈0.001),肥胖组C等位基因频率高于非肥胖组(P〈0.001)。经调整体育锻炼情况,在隐性模型中,CC型携带者肥胖的患病风险是GG/CG型携带者的2.327倍(OR=2.327,95%CI=1.338-4.047);在显性模型中,CC/CG型携带者肥胖的患病风险是GG型携带者的3.013倍(OR=3.013,95%CI=2.257-4.023);在相加模型中,C等位基因携带者肥胖的患病风险增加1.337倍(OR=2.337,95%CI=1.845-2.961)。肥胖组不同基因型携带者BMI、腰围、腰围身高比差异均无统计学意义(F=1.931、0.235、0.115,P均〉0.05)。结论:PYY基因rs2880416位点C等位基因可能是河南农村成年居民肥胖发生的危险因素。
Aim: To explore the relationship between polymorphisms of the peptide YY( PYY) gene rs2880416 site and obesity susceptibility in Henan rural adults. Methods: A total of 410 cases of obesity and 410 cases without obesity were selected in a certain rural area of Henan to test the physical indicators,blood biochemical indicators and the rs2880416 polymorphism. Results: Two alleles including C and G,and three genotypes including CC,CG and GG,were detected,and there were significant differences in allele frequency and genotype frequency distribution between the two groups( χ2= 53. 110 and 56. 842,P 〈0. 001); the C allele frequency in obesity group was higher( P 〈0. 001). Based on that the physical exercise was adjusted,in the recessive model,the obesity risk of CC genotype carriers was 2. 327 times the GG /CG carriers( OR = 2. 327,95% CI = 1. 338- 4. 047); in the dominant model,that of the CC /CG genotype carriers was 3. 013 times the GG carriers( OR = 3. 013,95% CI = 2. 257- 4. 023); in the additive model,that of the C allele carriers increased 1. 337-fold in turn( OR = 2. 337,95% CI = 1. 845- 2. 961). The differences in BMI,waist circumference,or waist-to-height were not statistically significant among the 3 genotype carriers in obesity group( F = 1. 931,0. 235,0. 115,P 〉0. 05). Conclusion: The C allele of rs2880416 site in peptide YY gene is susceptible for obesity.
