摘要
由于精神科自身的特殊性，随时都有发生危机的可能。病房护士长应充分发挥自身的管理作用，带领大家牢固树立安全意识，掌握危机发生的原因及时间段，建立健全预警机制，落实各项制度，合理排班，加强护理队伍的培训及对患者和家属的健康教育等，力争把危机发生的概率降到最小，危机伤害的程度降到最低。
Due to the particularity of psychiatric department itself crisis happened at any moment .Head nurses should bring their management role into full play , lead everybody to implant safety consciousness firmly and to grasp the cause and time of crisis development , establish and improve early warning mechanism , implement all systems , schedule reasonably ,and strengthen nursing team training and patients’ and families’ health education in order to work hard for minimizing probability of crisis development and the lowest crisis hurt .
