酶放大免疫检测技术在监测他克莫司血药浓度中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 治疗药物监测（Therapeutic drug monitoring,TDM）是治疗医学领域内出现的一门边缘学科,其目的是通过测定血液或其他体液及组织器官中药物的浓度,合理地设计给药途径、次数和剂量,促使给药方案个体化。大环内酯类免疫抑制剂他克莫司（Tacrolimus,FK506）是第2代免疫抑制剂的代表性药物,体外免疫抑制作用为环孢菌素A的50~100倍,广泛用于器官移植术后抗排异反应及自身免疫性疾病的治疗，具有药效强、使用剂量低、排斥反应低等优点。
