摘要
对医学留学生在骨科临床见习与实习教学中存在的问题进行总结,提出进一步完善留学生管理制度,注重师资力量的培养,通过改进和制定合适的教学方案,加强医学留学生骨科综合技能的培养,以全面提高留学生骨科临床教学的教学质量。
This paper analyzes the problems in the clinical practice teaching for international medical students, especially in orthopaedics teaching in our hospital, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures. Further improving administration system, focusing on teachers training, paying attention to developing appropriate teaching programs, and reinforcing comprehensive skills training of students should be considered to improve the quality of clinical practice teaching in orthopaedics for international medical students.
