摘要
现代商业银行将搭建统一的支持信用卡、零售、非零售等多业务品种的催收信息管理平台,以实现商业银行集中的催收信息管理。简单介绍信用卡催收信息管理系统的需求背景,描述系统的总体设计。系统地介绍信用卡催收信息管理系统的业务需求及其处理流程的设计与实现,包括任务生成、各种催收管理方式、实时及批量查询、数据获取及加载等。在系统总体实现方面详细阐述了系统实现平台、核心要素以及设备性能容量。最后描述了系统的安全措施及其实现方法。
Modern commercial banks will build a unified platform for collection information management which supports multiple business varieties including credit card, retail and non-retail, etc. , in order to realise the centralised collection information management for commercial banks. This paper briefly introduces the demand background of the credit card collection information management system and describes the overall design of the system. It systematically introduces the business requirements of the system and the design and implementation Of its process flow, including the task generation, collection management styles, real-time and batch query, data acquisition and loading etc. In terms of system＇ s overall implementation, it expounds the system implementation platform, the core elements and performance and capacity of the equipment. Finally, this paper describes the security measures and realisation method of the system.
