摘要
本文采用测量拉伸粘结力和剪切粘结力来考察无机组分水泥、砂子与沥青的比例及矿粉或者粉煤灰部分代替水泥对冷灌缝材料粘结力的影响,结果表明:无机组分对剪切粘结力影响明显,有机组分对拉伸粘结力影响明显;沥青与水泥的比例(油灰比)及沥青与砂子的比例(油砂比)的增大都能增大材料的拉伸粘结力和剪切粘结力,且对拉伸粘结力增大程度较剪切粘结力小;矿粉和粉煤灰掺加量为水泥用量的25%时,剪切粘结力和拉伸粘结力达到极值,若继续增大,材料本身易断裂。
Based on the measurement of tensile bond and shear bond, the affection of proportion of the cement and sand to the asphalt and the mineral powder and fly ash to the cement to the cohesive force was studied. The result indicated that inorganic components obvious influence on the shear bond and organic components significantly influence on tensile bond, as the asphalt/cement and asphalt/sand increasing, the tensile force and shear force will be increased but the degree is more for the shear force than tensile force. Mineral powder and fly ash to replace partial cement dosage in 25% of the dosage of cement, the shear bond and tensile bond peaked, if continue to increase, the material itself is easy to fracture
