摘要 选取内蒙古土默川地区广泛分布的粘土进行力学性能工程试验研究,对两种不同尺寸形状50 mm×H50mm和40 mm×H80 mm的试件,分别采用静力压实和分层击实成型方法条件下的水泥土,探讨在不同水泥掺量5%、10%、15%和20%,不同养护龄期7 d、14 d、21 d和28 d下无侧限抗压强度发展规律,并分析了以上几种不同因素对水泥土无侧限抗压强度的影响,定量的确定了水泥掺量、养护龄期对水泥土无侧限抗压强度的影响关系。对表征水泥土力学性能应力-应变曲线进行四个阶段特征分析,试验水泥土试件无侧限受压破坏形式与混凝土无侧限受压破坏形式相似。并对早期水泥土的变形模量和微结构进行探讨,得出变形模量的估算公式,为实际工程应用中提供理论试验依据。 Through engineering experimental study on silty clay which is widely distributed in Tumochuan Inner Mongolia, it uses two specimens in different size and shape φ50 mm x H50 mm and φ40 mmx H80 mm, gets two different molding methods: static compaction and layered soil compaction. This paper explores the mechanical properties of two kinds of cement soil, discusses the law of development of unconfined compressive strength of different cement content ( 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% ) and different maintenance period (7 d,14 d,21 d and 28 d), analyzes above-mentioned several different influence factors of mechanical properties of cement soil, confirms the relationship of effect among quantitative cement content, maintenances period and soil cement unconfined compressive strength. For the feature analysis of the mechanical properties of cement soil stress-strain curves in four stages, it is found that the damage form of soil cement specimens unconfined compressive is similar to that of concrete unconfined compressive. Through discussion about deformation modulus and microcosmic structure of early cement soil, this paper concludes the estimate formula of deformation modulus, which provides the basis of the theory test for practical engineering applications.
