摘要
基于紫外光辐照引发的方法,将亲水性单体衣康酸(IA)接枝在聚丙烯(PP)纤维表面,并用红外光谱(IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)证明了接枝反应的发生,考察了单体浓度、辐照时间、辐照距离、光敏剂浓度以及溶剂比对接枝率的影响.结果表明:随着衣康酸质量分数、辐照时间、光敏剂BP和溶剂乙醇用量的增加,辐照距离的缩短,PP-g-IA纤维的接枝率均增加;溶液pH值对PP-g-IA纤维吸附性能有较大影响,最适宜吸附的pH为5~6;在本文实验条件下,接枝纤维吸附Pb2+的最大吸附量为0.69 mg/g;1 mol/L的HNO3洗脱剂对Pb2+的解吸效果较好,解吸率可达90.64%.
Based on the method of induced by ultraviolet irradiation, hydrophilic monomer itaconic acid(IA)was grafted onto polypropylene(PP)fiber surface, and the infrared spectrum (IR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and scanning electron microscope (SEM)proved the grafting reaction. The factors influencing the grafting rate were discussed, such as monomer concentration, irradiation time, irradiation distance, photosensitizer concentration and solvent ratio. Adsorption experiments showed that: The degree of grafting was found to increase with the increase in the IA concentration, irradiation time, BP concentration and the volume of alcohol, and with the decrease of irradiation distance;furthermore, the pH of aqueous solution had great influence on the adsorption of Pb2+and the optimum adsorption pH was 5-6. Under experiment condition of the study, the maximum adsorption capacity of Pb2+ on the grafted fiber was 0.69 mg/g, and 1 mol/L HNO3 solution was effective regeneration solution, with that the desorption efficiency of Pb2+reached 90.64%.
