摘要
主要探讨核桃壳中胡桃醌的最佳提取工艺。以胡桃醌提取率为指标分析冷浸法、热回流法、超声波辅助浸提法对核桃壳中胡桃醌含量的影响;并在单因素和中心组合试验设计结果的基础上,通过响应面法优化提取条件。结果表明:最适提取方法为超声波辅助浸提法;响应面法分析表明最佳提取条件为浸提温度45℃,浸提时间1.4h,超声波功率250 W,料液比1︰24(g/mL),核桃壳中胡桃醌提取率为8.150 3%。
The optimum extracting technology ofjuglone from walnut shell was studied. The eflbct of extracting methods, room-temperature extraction, hot extraction and ultrasonic wave-assisted extraction were analyzed according to juglone yield. On the basis of the single factors and center rotation combination test, the optimized processing conditions for juglone extracting form walnut shell was obtained by the response surface methodology. The results showed that ultrasonic wave-assisted extraction was better than other two methods; the optimum extracting conditions were as following: extracting temperature 45℃, extracting time 1.4 h, ultrasonic power 250 W and solid to liquid 1 : 24 (g/mL) and juglone yield was 8.150 3%.
