摘要
采用金相显微镜、SEM、EDS和差示扫描量热法等手段研究了混合稀土(60%Ce、40%La)对ZL114A铝合金组织性能的影响。结果表明:当稀土添加量(质量分数)为0.15%-0.35%时,随着稀土添加量的增加,晶粒尺寸、一次枝晶间距、二次枝晶间距减小;当稀土添加量为0.25%时,α-Al相的晶粒尺寸、一次枝晶间距、二次枝晶间距达到最低,此时抗拉强度、伸长率和显微硬度达到最高。DSC结果显示,添加稀土降低了合金的共晶点温度和α-Al的熔化温度,减小了凝固温度区间。
The effects of RE on the microstructure and properties of ZL114A alloy was studied by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometry and differential scanning calorimetry. The results show thatwith the increase of RE mass fraction in the range of 0.15%-0.35%, the grain size, first dendrite arm space and secondarydendrite arm space decrease. When the mass fraction of RE addition is 0.25%, the average size of a-A1 cell, the first dendritearm space and secondary dendrite arm space reach the minimum, and the tensile strength, elongation and microhardness reachthe maximum. The results of differential scanning calorimetry shows that RE addition also makes eutectic temperature andet-Al melting temperature fall down and reduce the interval of solidification temperature.
