摘要
随着配网电力光纤到户的迅猛建设与发展以及用户数量的急剧膨胀,顾客对服务质量的要求也越来越高,对配网电力光纤到户客户服务的关注显得尤为重要,配用电电力光纤到户的网络运维与客户服务优化的研究与建设成为当务之急。这个课题通过对配网通信网络运维与客户服务优化应用的研究,提出了配网通信网络运维与客户服务体系设计框架,并提出了配网通信网络运维与客户服务优化应用建设重点,以促进配网通信网络的稳定性和整体性能提升。
With the rapid development of power FTTH and the rapid expansion of the number of users, the requirements of good quality customer service are highly increasing, and the power FTTH customer service is particularly important.
