摘要
广州电网作为大型供电企业计量点数量庞大,构建架构合理、技术先进的电能计量自动化系统极其重要。实时、高效地存储和处理海量用电数据,是计量自动化系统建设过程中面临的主要问题。结合广州电网的实际情况,对计量自动化系统的建设方案进行了设计。设计了新一代计量自动化系统的总体架构和外部接口,并对关键技术进行了研究。最后针对新旧计量自动化系统切换的数据迁移问题进行了研究。
As a large power supply enterprise,there are large numbers of measuring points in Guangzhou power grid.It is important to build a new metering automation system (MAS),which is architecturally sound and technically feasible.Some problems on how to provide an efficient way for data storage and processing in real-time and effectively are key issues in the construction.According to actual Guangzhou Power grid,the paper designs the scheme of MAS,and introduces its external interfaces,framework,key techniques as well as how to replace the old host system for the data by the new one.
