摘要
土建项目作为城市建设中不可或缺的一员，在推动经济发展的过程中起着难以估量的作用。土建施工的效果显而易见，但是其中还是隐含着一些问题。本文对管理中存在的问题进行了分析，并提出了自己的对策，方便在以后的工作中进行总结和分析。
As a key member of the city construction, civil engineering play an immeasurable role in promoting economic development. The effect of civil engineering construction is obvious, but some problems may be hidden. The paper ana-lyzes the problems existing in the management, and puts for-ward their countermeasures, which conveniently carries on the summary and the analysis in the later work.
