摘要
目的评价小剂量厄贝沙坦与贝尼地平联合应用对高血压患者左心室肥厚的疗效。方法将我院2012年3月—2013年3月120例原发性高血压并左心室肥厚患者随机分为2组,对照组60例患者给予厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组60例患者在对照组基础上加用贝尼地平,2组疗程均为6个月。记录和分析2组患者治疗前后平均收缩压(SB P)、舒张压(D BP)及舒张末期左室后壁厚度(PW T)、左室舒张末期内径(LV W D)、室间隔厚度(IV ST)、左心室质量指数(LV M I)。结果 2组治疗6个月后平均SB P、D B P均较治疗前明显下降,治疗后与治疗前比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗后比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后LV W D和LV M I明显低于对照组,2组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论小剂量厄贝沙坦与贝尼地平联合治疗高血压左心室肥厚,能明显改善血压和逆转心室肥厚,效果优于单用厄贝沙坦治疗。
Objective To study the curative effect combined with small doses of irbesartan and benidipine on left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Selected 120 cases of essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy in our hospital from 2012 March to 2013 March,randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in the control group were treated with irbesartan 60 cases in the observation group were treated with irbesartan and benidipine,two groups were treated for 6 months. Recorded and analysised the average systolic blood pressure（SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP）and left ventricular diastolic posterior wall thickness（PWT）,left ventricular end diastolic diameter（LVWD）,interventricular septal thickness（IVST）,left ventricular mass index（LVMI）before and after treatment. Results After 6 months of treatment,the average SBP of DBP of two groups were significantly decreased than before treatment,P〈0.05. But the difference between two groups was not significant,P〉0.05. LVWD and LVMI of Observation group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion a small dose of irbesartan and benidipine combination therapy can significantly reverse left ventricular hypertrophy and pressure in hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy.
