摘要
采用高效液相色谱—串联质谱法(HPLC-MS-MS)对我国7个地方晒红烟主产区共77个样品的烟叶TSNA进行了检测和分析,结果表明:我国不同产区晒红烟烟叶TSNA含量存在显著差异,烟叶总TSNA含量分布在0.463~66.236μg/g之间,不同产区从高到低顺序为:浙江〉江西〉山东〉四川〉吉林〉湖南〉贵州。相关分析显示烟叶中的TSNAs与生物碱存在显著或极显著相关关系。
Contents of TSNAs in 77 red sun-cured tobacco samples from 7 growing areas were determined by HPLC-MS-MS. Results showed that there were significant differences among sample leaves. Total TSNAs contents ranged from 0.463 to 66.236μg/g. Leaves from Zhejiang has the highest TSNAs level, followed by those from Jiangxi, Shandong, Jilin, Hunan, Guizhou and Sichuan. Correlations found between TSNAs and tobacco alkaloids were significant or highly significant.
