循证护理在老年消化性溃疡患者中的应用 被引量：12

摘要 目的:探讨循证护理在老年消化性溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法:将80例老年消化性溃疡患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组实施循证护理,对照组予以常规护理;比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组健康知识知晓率、治疗依从性、溃疡愈合率、腹痛缓解率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组精神状态、食欲、睡眠等生活质量方面评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年消化性溃疡患者实施循证护理,有利于提高患者治疗依从性,减少并发症,改善生活质量,值得推广。
