摘要
以2009-2013年发生的105起涉事主体为企业并且影响力较大的食品安全危机事件作为研究样本,系统分析我国企业食品安全危机事件的产生诱因,并从诱因所占比例、涉事企业类型、事件曝光渠道和信息爆料源头4个维度分析企业食品安全危机事件的发展特征,进而探讨企业的危机事件应对时效、应对形式、应对策略及效果等。最后依据分析结果,给出企业和政府相关部门应对食品安全危机事件的对策建议。
The paper selects 105 food safety critical incidents occurred in 2009-2013 as study samples.These incidents have caused great influence and all involved food enterprises.Based on the study sample,the causes of enterprise food safety critical incidents are analyzed systematically.Then an analysis on the characteristics of enterprise food safety critical incidents is conducted from four aspects,which are the proportion of different causes,the type of involved enterprise,the exposure channels of incidents and the source of information disclosure.And then the overall situation of critical incidents response is discussed from time interval,information publishing form,response strategies and effect.Finally suggestions on how to deal with food safety critical incidents are given on the basis of analysis results.
